About a month ago, my editor suggested that I share my manuscript with people who will be able to provide a review of my memoir The Nunavut I Knew. Some of these reviews may end up as a part of my book while others may be used to promote it on online platforms... like Amazon Books.
This is exactly what I did! I sent out a PDF copy of the manuscript to a good handful of people, just before the Christmas holidays began. Since this is a very busy time for so many, I wasn't surprised to not get any feedback during this time. Haha! But over the last few days, I have had several of my "readers" telling me that their review will be coming soon. I'm very grateful to all those who are supporting my effort in this way. Thanks so much!
Yesterday, Jan 12, 2026, I was surprised to find a review in my email inbox. Ohhhhhhh, WOW! I am so pleased by these kind and thoughtful words.
