June 13, 2026 - Pond Fest, London, ON
This is a wonderful full-day event that has been happening for many years. My family and I have attended for the last five years! This time, I'm going to be a vendor in a tent... selling my book!
It's a little tricky to know where this is taking place, if you are not familiar with this festival... so here's a link to the Hyde Park Business Improvement Association's official event page. You'll see all that will be going on at the festival... and there's maps and parking instructions!

A bonus...
Last year, Devon performed at the festival and after so much positive feedback, organizers have asked him to return for another musical show! Check this out...
Organizers even made Devon this promotional flier to share!

Can you believe it? I only took a few photos from this 10 hour long event! I took this photo, the evening before, after I had set up my space. My set up is pretty quick. I went the evening before... as most vendors did... just to find where I'd be. Takes a bit of the stress off!
The day of the event... at 4:20 - as the 'devontheukeguy' flier above states... Devon gave an epic performance...
We came up with a few seques for him to say between songs. The best one was when he said, "Earlier today, a guy came up to me and told me that I need to find something... so I looked everywhere! I looked behind the piano <points> and it wasn't there! Then I looked behind those beer kegs over there <points> and it wasn't there either. I just can't seem to find it... I still haven't found what I'm looking for!"
The audience broke out in laughter! I even heard someone say to his friend, "Ha! That was pretty clever!"
Then... Devon began playing this U2 classic!
I've got two fun videos to share... one is on YouTube, the other on Instagram...

So... even though I didn't take any photos throughout the day... I did a lot of filming and made this hilarious YouTube short. It captures a lot of the day's highlights... of course I yak a lot in it - haha - and there is a small clip of Devon performing. Please enjoy...
I actually had a great day! It was a looooong day... but worth it! I sold quite a few books, a couple collections of my peace Stik-ers and one art print. I had a lot of great conversations and I received a lot of compliments for all of my efforts!
One person I met is a young foreign exchange student from Switzerland. She told me how she was travelling back home in just another week. I gave her a copy of my book and told her that it would make me feel great to know that people in Switzerland will read it. She laughed when she asked me for my autograph and I said, "No!" I told her that if I signed my book that someone would think it might be worth money and they'd keep it. I told her that I want my book to be passed from person to person to person for many years to come... and that's why I didn't sign it!
